A short pause between tasks. Release physical tension, orient to the room, and choose the next deliberate action.
A transition after work. Let the assignment end, then return to an optional professional debrief when one is useful.
How it works
InterpretReflect remains the professional preparation and reflection workspace. Mindful activities are not active features inside it.
The App Store binary, listing, pricing, privacy disclosures, and existing-customer obligations must agree before another release.
Any future shared experience requires a normal product, privacy, accessibility, and release review. No participant program is planned.
