Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy covers The Mindful Interpreter website and the currently released mobile and web app. The public website and released app do not collect exactly the same data.
Website data
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, device and browser details, visited pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. If you contact support, we process the information you choose to send.
Current app data
The released app may process account identifiers; onboarding and notification preferences; practice activity, progress, favorites, streaks, and reflections you save; purchase and entitlement records; push-notification tokens; diagnostics; and advertising identifiers or usage data where the platform and your permission allow them.
Service providers
We use providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, RevenueCat and Stripe for purchase and entitlement processing, Apple for App Store billing, Sentry for diagnostics, and Google AdMob for advertising in the current app. They process data under their own terms and our service arrangements.
How data is used
We use data to operate the service, restore purchases, deliver requested notifications, maintain security, diagnose failures, provide support, and understand product operation. We do not sell personal information. The current app may disclose identifiers and usage data to advertising and service providers as described above.
Sensitive work information
Do not enter client names, assignment narratives, protected health information, or other confidential interpreting details. No Mindful feature or activity is currently active inside InterpretReflect.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request account deletion through the app or support. Some transaction and security records may be retained where legally required.
Health boundary
The Mindful Interpreter offers optional professional well-being practices. It is not medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for a qualified provider.
